Rashmi Pant has succeeded in designing and conducting a research-based behavioral modelling programme for personality development of undergraduate students. Designed to groom students and make them ready to face challenges of corporate jobs, the programme was conducted for 350 final year students of a chemistry undergraduate programme.

The programme discussed the correlation between scientific research principles and behavioral development and focused on enriching students through a scientific approach. The programme was developed after careful research about behavioral and personality development and aimed at passing the benefits of scientific behavioral analysis for personality development. The programme gave necessary insights to students about succeeding in their post graduate journey, working on industry-oriented research programmes and excel in corporate career.

The programme focused on developing communication skills, telephonic skills, soft skills and interview skills through formal/informal examples and role play techniques perfected by careful behavioral research and analysis.
